Single grain ODF

This model is also a grid-based description, but is uses a cubic grid that only spans a small part of orientaion space rather that the full assymetric zone. Furthermore, it can use algorithms from computed tomography to caluculate pole-figure transforms on-the-fly instead of matric pre-computation. Lowering the memory overhead a bit for high-resolution reconstrucitons.

The single grain basis function meant to be used as a part of the grain-by-grain workflow.
